He co-founded Capital Brokers in 2002 and has expertise in pre-construction deals, property management, and real estate flips. A graduate of Universidad ICESI, he also completed Harvard's Real Estate Executive Program. Giraldo is the founder of US Housing Equity Fund LLC and US Housing Reditus Fund, focusing on mid-market and multifamily investments.
